I’m Samantha Campbell, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor providing virtual therapy for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, low self-esteem, and major life transitions.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I use client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused strategies to help you better understand the patterns affecting your life, strengthen coping skills, and take realistic steps toward the changes you want to make.
I believe therapy works best when you feel respected, understood, and actively involved in the process. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We can begin with what feels most difficult right now and work from there.
Telehealth sessions offer a private and accessible way to receive support from the comfort of your own space. I work with adults and adolescents, including individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and tailor treatment to each client’s needs, communication style, and goals.
